MIDORI GIANT - Our #1 SELLER
Traditional edamame variety as you would get in oriental restaurants. Early maturing with large seeds. Consistent heavy producer with over 90% two and three-seeded pods make this a sure winner for commercial production and home gardeners alike.  Grow enough to have plenty to freeze for winter eating. Adaptable to all regions of the USA. 1250 seeds per pound.
MIDORI GIANT - ORGANIC SEED

MOJO GREEN
Early midseason variety that matures 3-4 days later than Midori Giant. A second traditional edamame type with large pods. A perfect compliment for succession planting for commercial production or home gardens. Excellent flavor.  1650 seeds per pound.

Our newest early maturing variety that is gaining in popularity especially in the mid section of the United States from the eastern shore of Virginia west to CA. Prolific producer of exceptional edamame pods. Dry seed also can be used to make tofu or soymilk. 1650 seeds per pound.

Brand new to our 2010 lineup! Large green seeds with a mild nutty flavor. Advantage of being a full mainseason variety to complement the harvest window or to plant alone. Produces a multitude of large pods on 3’ plants. 1300 seeds/lb.
BELLESOY Edamame Seeds, Bellesoy
Late maturing variety that is highly resistant to many soybean leaf diseases. Can reach a height of 4 ft. tall when grown in the Deep South. Cooked beans have a delicious nutty flavor. The dry seeds are perfect to use in soups or to make tofu, soymilk, and tempeh.  2750 seeds per pound.
KOREAN BLACK  - Unique! Edamame Seeds,BG Bicolor
A black seed coat combined with a lime green interior give the seed of this late season Korean favorite its unique appearance. Very sweet taste. Dry seed of this variety are also wonderful in soups and over rice. In Japan, teas and tinctures are made with this seed to increase overall health and vitality. 1050 seeds per pound.
