MIDORI GIANT - Our #1 SELLER
Traditional edamame variety as you would eat in oriental restaurants. Early maturing with very large pods. Consistent heavy producer with over 90% two and three-seeded pods. Suited for commercial production and home gardens. Adaptable to all regions of the USA. 1200 seeds per pound.

MIDORI GIANT - ORGANIC SEED
Midori Giant is available as organic seed. If you are certifying acreage, make sure you order organic seed of this variety to stay within compliance of organic seed laws.

MOJO GREEN
Early midseason variety that matures 3-4 days later than Midori Giant. A second traditional edamame type with medium large pods. Performs well at higher elevations. 1650 seeds per pound.

SUNRISE
Early maturing variety that is especially popular in the mid section of the United States from the eastern shore of Virginia west to CA. Prolific producer of med-large edamame pods. Dry seed also can be used to make tofu or soymilk. 1600 seeds per pound.

KOREAN BLACK - Unique!
A black seed coat combined with a lime green interior give the seed of this late season Korean favorite its unique appearance. Very sweet taste. Dry seed are also wonderful in soups and over rice. In Japan, teas and tinctures are made with this seed to increase overall health and vitality. 1050 seeds per pound.
